What the Kantor Pertanahan of Buleleng and counsel answer in writing about the Hak Pakai and Hak Milik tracks. hak sewa template 12.1.13 obliges the Landowner to obtain these answers, at its own cost, before the first Hak Pakai Notice; Part 12 is then conformed to them. The answers come through the Company's counsel; until a row carries one, the track runs on the template's defaults and the office's order governs where it differs (12.1.1).
