signing

Two packs are executed, in that order. The order inside each pack is the order of signature, set by what each instrument depends on — not by alphabet and not by the numbering in dzin, which is a catalogue.

why the order is what it is

A document can be signed once the thing it rests on exists. That single rule produces the whole sequence:

the dependency what it fixes in place
a sale needs the pre-emption cleared preemption waiver letter precedes share sale entry
a transfer needs the meeting that approves it gms director appointment precedes share sale entry
a receipt records a payment already made entry payment side letter follows share sale entry
an annex needs its principal deed the addendum follows perjanjian sewa fedorov
land is leased by whoever already holds the office pack 2 follows pack 1

Pack 1 closes as one act: every instrument in it is signed and dated the same day for simultaneous exchange, under gms director appointment §4. The order below is the order of signature within that single closing, and the closing itself is indivisible — the rule stated in dzin holds: purchase completes if and only if the appointment takes effect.

what each pack carries

pack instruments form
1 — entry 7 one notarial deed (share sale entry), the rest private
2 — land 3 one notarial deed (perjanjian sewa fedorov), the rest private
reference 6 held for context or for a later date

The generated PDFs live on the signing desk in the same order, one folder per pack, each file named for what the document does.
