Execution handoff

The approved two-writer repair and tests are frozen. The original execution.md remains byte-identical to the fresh CODE review input; this handoff corrects its predicted reader_partial_memory improvement with the measured outcome. That test fails first on the separate empty-root path, so no green flip is claimed.

The final test-only import reorder was authorized, re-frozen and verified by rerunning affected debug/release tests and both exact-parent witness profiles. Production and fixture bytes did not change. No source edit followed that freeze. The package-local PR32 golden retains its original bytes and identity.

Measured commands, exact per-name timeout transitions, the one-shot extended observation diagnostic, remaining red gates and lossless receipts live in the audit. The raw CODE verdict is retained with its focused-timeout summary corrected in that report. Semver scratch resolution and source-export attribute handling are explicit limitations, not substituted release inputs.

All completed targets owned by this unit were cleaned after retaining source and command evidence. The original working trees, separate checksum/empty-root defects and broader bounded-proof work remain outside this change. The root coordinator owns final review, decision, commits and merge.
