The correction supplied actual tree geometry, missing-store and progress error
definitions, package-level semver baseline identity, and optional private test
support. Final research SHA256:

No source changed after that freeze. New test files are 344 and 184 lines.
Review found no blocker in the serializer, independent oracle, three actual methods, error propagation or partial-write/progress accounting. Its optional symmetry suggestion was left out; neighboring root/storage/CI repairs stay out. The approval is source-only: this later audit/reproducer requires root review. The supplied CODE brief lacked the Clippy/MSRV logs; the receipt now retains all 35 original commands and full raw output, including those red gates.
Evidence and limits
Receipt records 11 focused passes in debug/release/no-default/all-features, actual red-first panic evidence, strict scoped docs and Rust 1.89 library/tests success. All-target MSRV and broader owning gates remain red. Two broad suites were stopped with three pending tests; they are not completed checks. No warning suppression or unrelated repair.
The source-only API change is private. Observed API smoke compares parent to
candidate using semver-checks' newly resolved scratch dependencies; it is not
tag conformance or an exact locked gate. The actual tag's lock remains unchanged
and cannot resolve under --locked. No complete radio, ring1, release or kadek
row4 closure follows from this approval. Root retains merge/rung adjudication.
Root verified all91 pre-existing receipt payload hashes from the receipt directory, read the reproducer and full audit, and retained complete review verdicts alongside the gate evidence. Initial checksum invocation from the repository root used the wrong cwd; the corrected receipt-relative check passed. This harness invocation did not change source or data. The CODE reviewer’s broad Clippy hygiene wording does not override the actual baseline-red gate evidence.
