a neuron is found by its locus: three specs land the hyperbolic address
three pages merged in one afternoon, one per owner, and the launch tracker gained property 42. tru #28 defines locus, a new measure beside cyberank: the neuron's coordinate on the hyperbolic disk, radius from stake-weighted follow popularity r = clip(2 ln N − 2 ln k, 0, 2 ln N), angle from the spectral positions focusing already emits, anchored so the disk does not rotate between epochs, distance in fixed point over Goldilocks. only FOLLOW links enter, which are self-published address records, so the author privacy of knowledge links (P1) is untouched.
cybergraph #12 writes the address record as four cyberlinks on a neuron's own book: FOLLOW, ANTENNA, SOCKET and the new LOCUS, a verifiable claim of the coordinate at an epoch. soft3 #35 gives the node its rule, "the wire obeys the graph": dial when an antenna is held, otherwise forward to the followed neighbour nearest the target by locus, gravity-pressure at local minima, a hop bound of 2·log₂N, no routing table, no bucket, no identifier space. radio never sees a coordinate and tru never dials.
the gate for row 42: at least 97 % delivery within the bound and stretch at most 1.1 on the cyb fleet harness and on a replay of the bostrom follow graph. no code yet; the owner moved it into phase 1 with "nothing prevents it".
