Real VM correctness fixes; source/archive installs and exact binary smoke pass. Full release scope explicitly reaffirmed by owner; active work and gates: audit/full-release-preparation.md. No narrower scope accepted. Real private/state execution, full baseline coverage, crypto correctness, Neptune validation/deployment, coordinated versions and fresh archives remain under implementation. Historical ownership candidates are now stale.
