Browser domain-neuron profile

This console retains the cyberia.my domain, cyber HRP, existing entropy store, ADR-036 canonical body, signature fields and local signal sequence keys. The native ID is mudra's unchanged H(compressed public key). The existing browser account is an identity-only consumer; it acquires no neuron VM, task key or second CellId. A UI word/signal/building ID remains content or application data.

The original signal kernel is present in both cyberia-my checkouts. Compatibility fixtures pin the prior mudra 348c46195388ac009667144987511a0e33bdc859 domain output. VERIFY delegates to the same pure stored-envelope verifier used by migration readers: canonical body hash, pubkey/address binding and exact ADR-036 signature. No source JSON, storage key or account seed is rewritten by this convergence. Existing browser localStorage remains that legacy app profile; it is not a claim of the native BBG task host or robot registry UI being embedded into this app.
