Office Practice
The written answers of the Kantor Pertanahan of Buleleng and of counsel on the route to Hak Pakai and Hak Milik, under hak sewa template 12.1.13. The Landowner collects them, at its cost, when a Holder states the intention to convert, and records the date of each answer.

Where an answer sets a different order of the steps in hak sewa template 12.1.1, the office's order governs and the steps stand. The Landowner refreshes the answers when a further Holder states the intention to convert.
