Raw Block access review

Fresh different-vendor PLAN v3 APPROVE preceded implementation. Fresh Claude Opus CODE review of the final source and full native/dependent evidence returned conditional APPROVE: F1 requires the moved historical audit material to land in the same unit. No four-vendor council is claimed.

All16 source paths remain byte-identical to the approved freeze. Coordinator read the full diff, contracts, native fixtures, diagnostic comparisons and verdict.

F1 resolution: audit/2026-10-10-unimem-block-access/README.md is staged with the source, preserving both historical snippets verbatim, their projection and the missing-provenance disclaimer. The spec link resolves. The review's claim that material was only in /tmp reflected the source-only review overlay; root had already created the untracked repository audit file. Publication in this unit satisfies the actual precommit condition.

F2: audit explicitly records old and corrected historical metadata hashes; source-v1 remains an immutable observation rather than being rewritten. F3: audit and exact-origin hashed inventory name masked rtable-bench and Xena GPU/bench obligations, including views retained across GPU runs. F4/F5 are nonblocking style/preexisting-interface notes. No unrelated source cleanup changes the tested freeze. The source's raw-pointer/Buffer/Grid limits, private ANE completion assumption and pending physical-address question remain.

Native selected tests/docs/strict-library lint pass; full workspace formatting and strict lint retain old errors. External Xena/Bita/Erga breakage is new and intentional, not classified as baseline. Semver confirms changed unsafe/exclusive APIs. No safe-wrapper closure, compatibility pass, release or row6 completion. Existing owner implementation/review/fix/merge authorization covers this ordinary source unit with decision label and wip commit; no version/pin/tag authority.
