Fresh Claude Opus PLAN initially requested changes; corrected PLAN and CODE explicitly APPROVE. Receipt retains verdicts, input hashes and exact command outputs. Root read the completed CODE verdict and checked manifest, minimal lock delta, inactive fast feature, common-source diagnostic comparisons and completed independent archive replay.

The code review's nonblocking suggestions are bounded: the receipt's per-command cwd distinguishes archives from the convenience worktree check; replay uses explicit separate targets; the control retains the parent's unused workspace package entry and supports only common-source diagnostic attribution. Root CLAUDE's obsolete standalone-nebu URL remains named documentation drift.

Implementation uses wip: with first error quoted: error: duplicated attribute. Full tests pass320/ignore5; fmt/Clippy and tag compatibility remain red, as recorded. The PR carries decision; the session's explicit review/fix/merge instruction covers this ordinary source repair.
